GENERAL INFORMATION

Admissions at Valley Green Public School Gwalior are purely based on an oral interaction with the child and their parents and guardians considering the age factor as on April 01. 

The age of the child as on 1st April will determine the eligibility for admission to particular class. Age requirement for the classes will be determines by the CBSE and state rules and regulations.

A short written test may be conducted wherever applicable, for the following subjects-

• Classes I-VI: English, Mathematics, EVS

• Classes VII-X: English, Mathematics, Science

Documents to be submitted at the time of Admission

• School leaving/transfer certificate

• Report Card from previous session in originals. Counter signed school leaving certificate for students applying for admission to class I onwards attested by concerned educational department.

• SSSMID (Samagra Samajik Suraksha Mission ID)

• Birth Certificate, (Xerox copy mandatory) 

• Two recent passport size colour photographs of the child and one each of both parents.

FEES STRUCTURE

• Annual fees are to be paid in three instalments – due in the months of Jul, Oct, Feb.

• Fees must be deposited in the designated Bank up to the 15th of the month in which Fees paid after the 15th shall invite a late fee as per schedule.

• Transport facility if availed by the parent for their ward, shall be withdrawn in case fees are not paid till the end of quarter.
